"Blaze is who you want on your side of the table!"
Dear REMAX, We wish to thank your office for selling our home. Our agent was Pat Blazevich adn she did a terrific job! Our home was on the market for approx. 40 days before we had an offer. The first couple of weeks we had rooms litereally stacked floor to ceiling with boxes and the rest were in the process of being packed so it was a hard home to show. Blaze kept the showings coming, held an open house, made a loevly brochure, and gave good advice while we were in chaos. Once we moved, she kept us abreast of things in a timely fashion. When we had the offer, she did a great job of negotiating and communicating Gary's wishes until we were able to satisfactorily conclude an agreement. Even then things were unusual. At the time of closing, Gary was traveling so documents had to be sent to him, then to me and back to the title company. I really appreciated her secretary calling to ask if I needed help notifying utilities of cut off dates. I had already done this but it showed a thoroughness and attention to detail which is why we had chosen Blaze to be our agent. After the close, Blaze sent us the picture disc of our house. This was a nice final gesture. I would recommend Blaze as an agent to anyone purchasing a house. She was very professinal, knowledgeable, helpful, and creative. She is the agent you would want on yoru side of the table! Sincerely, Dede & Gary Green
You have a story to tell about me. You've worked with me, and I've helped you buy or sell a home. I need your feedback. Others need your feedback, too! Please take a moment to fill out this form and tell me how I did...
Accepting An Offer >Is First Always Best
Your home has been listed for just a few days, and your real estate agent calls with great news. The people who looked at the house last night have come in with an offer to buy it! When the agents arrive to present the offer, you are excited and hopeful. As they explain the price and terms, however, you feel that the price is a little too low and that the offer contains some terms that will be inconvenient for you to meet. Should you try to work it out or wait for something better? Work it out!
Often the first offer to come in is the best one. When a house is fresh on the market, there is usually a flurry of activity and the buyers who see it during the first few days of the listing are likely to be very interested. If you are fortunate enough to get a solid offer right away, it will probably be to your advantage to accept it or try to work out a compromise.
